The above images are from the opening of my art gallery in Midtown Manhattan, September 2024. We went through 14 bottles of champagne that night. People love free drinks! The gallery lasted 3 months, and I learned it's not easy to sell $12,000 paintings from unknown artists.
Being a full-time student, part-time waiter, and rookie gallery owner wasn't easy to balance, but this was actually the first semester I made the Dean's List. Go figure! I am open to chatting about advertising and art direction and anything else that's on your mind.
